About

A photo of me at CDG airport.

Greetings and welcome to my website. I am a second-year mathematics student at St Catherine's College in the University of Oxford. I anticipate obtaining my Master of Mathematics (MMath) degree in June 2027. My current research interests revolve around problems in number theory and geometry.

As far as my mathematics education goes, I am largely self-taught. From the 6th grade, I prepared myself for mathematics competitions. I became extremely immersed in proof-writing through the USA Mathematical Talent Search.

This past summer, I was selected to participate in the Polymath Jr. REU, through which I worked on a project in Functional and Complex Analysis. I have previously written two papers on number theory during my high school years. I worked on my first paper during the free time virtual schooling afforded (during the COVID-19 pandemic). My second paper was a survey paper on analytic number theory which also served as my IB Extended Essay. See the Research tab for more information.

Besides mathematics, I also have a deep interest in history (particularly European, Indian, and Science history). I have written five papers for the National History Day revolving around these areas. Of these, one paper was invited to appear in the Texas Historian journal.

I graduated from Plano East Senior High School (Plano TX, USA) in May 2023. I am an IB 44er, with HLs in Computer Science, French, and English.

I am quite skilled with plain-TEX (a typesetting language), LATEX (another typesetting language), and Asymptote (a vector-graphics language). I am also an Oracle Certified Associate in Java SE 8.
